The programme consists of a 1:1 consultation followed by two 3 hour group education sessions (6-9pm) and four 2 hour group education sessions (7-9pm) all on Wednesday evenings over the course of 10 weeks. It includes supervision from three experienced health professionals plus an information pack and recipe book that supports the programme. If you can’t make a session, we offer a 30 min catch-up session on a Thursday at 7pm. Following completion of the course we offer ongoing support in the form of a monthly meeting. There is no extra charge for this.

COST: £350 in total. A deposit of £150 to reserve a place and then 2 or 3 monthly instalments
What is THRIVE?
Thrive is a ground-breaking lifestyle programme empowering you to take control of your health. It focuses on therapeutic levels of carbohydrate reduction to give you the best opportunity to prevent progression and even reverse type 2 diabetes and other lifestyle conditions. The Thrive Course has literally been life changing for me and has set me on a road of improving health and well-being.
