We are thrilled to announce that due to popular demand, Sarah Cameron is taking a new Women’s Health/Post Natal Class starting on Wednesday, 2nd November 2016.
11.15am – 12.15 pm
Sarah is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 20 years experience of treating Women’s Health Symptoms.
The Class aim is to find and recruit your pelvic floor, to co-ordinate and correct breathing patterns that are integral to optimal core strength, to improve rectus abdominus diastasis, to improve symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction from pain to continence and to increase core strength.
There will only be 6 people per class so everyone gets the most out of it. Only a few places left!
6 WEEK BEGINNERS ONLY YOGA COURSE
Reshma Pancholi, our popular new yoga teacher will be starting a 6 WEEK BEGINNERS ONLY YOGA COURSE
on Wednesday, 26th October at 1 pm.
Reshma is also going to be starting a new GENTLE YOGA class at 2 pm on the same day, for those of you who have done a bit of yoga before and want to be eased back in gently.
Reshma initially qualified as a yoga teacher in 2009 with the Sivananda Vedanta Yoga School in Mudurai, India. Then in 2011, she enrolled at the Triyoga School in London to deepen her practice. This time, her studies drew her towards the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli. Scaravelli inspired yoga, places emphasis on freeing the body and awakening the spine through grounding and releasing. With this in mind, Reshma enjoys coaching clients to gently build mind/body awareness.
