An Introduction to Basic Bodyweight Strength Training 6 week Course
Jon Bell will be teaching a 6 week introductory course on Basic Bodyweight Strength Training. Moving away from the trending HIIT workouts, you’ll learn how to perform basic human movements such as squats, lunges and push-ups in a way to increase mobility and strength, making you more capable and more resilient.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or moving on from rehabilitation, the exercises can be scaled to meet your abilities. As you advance so will the exercises.
Classes are kept small so you receive maximum attention. They are structured in such a way that you can work at your own pace.
