ALL EXERCISE CLASSES NOW ONLINE

YOGA, PILATES, TAI CHI AND LEGS, BUMS & TUMS CLASSES NOW AVAILABLE AND RUNNING ONLINE VIA ZOOM

We are delighted to announce we are continuing with all classes online using ZOOM.

This comes following the recommendations from the Government to avoid assembling in groups we feel it is pertinent to stop the present service from Redbourn Physiotherapy.

We are fully aware that the current recommendations of self-isolating will influence everyone’s exercise and activity levels and our general sense of wellbeing.

We appreciate that our classes are important to so many of you in managing general aches and pains, as well as building good core strength and flexibility. Some of our senior clients have been particularly concerned about keeping the contact and support offered by our excellent Instructors.

HOW TO ACCESS

Lots of you have asked if we could continue the classes, but in an online format. Therefore, we have organised for all of our current Yoga and Pilates classes to continue with your usual instructor at the same day and time slots, starting this Monday 27th March.

We will be using the online platform Zoom, which is a free download to all via Zoom. This can be downloaded on to your PC, laptop, tablet or phone on Android or iOS formats. Please make sure you have downloaded the app so you have time to be ready for your class.

You will receive an email prior to your class containing an invitation which you click on.

Please make sure the camera and microphone buttons are switched on. We recommend playing with it beforehand – perhaps contact a friend to practise. Then find a quiet room, shut the door, angle your camera at yourself, and check you have a good WiFi connection.

Redbourn Physiotherapy Clinic have a host subscription, thus avoiding any time limitation to the online session. So do not worry about your free subscription having a 40-minute time limit.

Thank you so much for your valued support in this difficult time. We hope we are helping everyone’s physical and mental health by taking on this new way of providing exercise. Please be patient – knowing IT, there may be technical glitches along the way.

Best wishes from all the staff at Redbourn Physiotherapy Clinic.
